Summary
Senior Performance Optimizer is responsible for leading the strategic development, execution, and optimization of
high-impact digital performance campaigns across multiple channels. This role involves advanced campaign management,
in-depth data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior team members to ensure exceptional
client outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.

Tasks
& responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business
goals. - Oversee the end-to-end execution of advanced Display, Paid Search, Paid Social and E-commerce campaigns across
platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and programmatic networks. - Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad-text recommendation, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to
drive campaign innovation and efficiency. - Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, …) to derive actionable insights, optimize campaign
performance, and deliver detailed performance reports to direct reporting line. - Ensure client KPIs and expectation are well met, provide strong rationale and remark in all situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance marketing strategies with broader marketing and
business initiatives. - Mentor and guide junior Performance Executives, providing training on best practices, emerging trends, and
advanced optimization techniques. - Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to recommend innovative approaches
and maintain a competitive edge.

requirement
- Education degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Computer: Proficient in MS-Office, digital tools and platforms

- Years: At least 2 years in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce media planning and
operations - Specialization: Experience in Display Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee,
Lazada, TikTok Shop)

- Experience Performance Marketing field or similar role
- Experience with social media, Google Ads, SEM and E-commerce
- Good working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, …)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., CM360, etc.)
