Be responsible for Execution of digital performance campaigns: tracking, optimization and reporting.

Tasks & responsibility

  • Execution of performance tactic plans.
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook etc.
  • PPC campaign management – campaign set up, monitoring, optimization and reporting.
  • Execution of SEM campaigns – keyword research, text Ads’ copywriting.
  • Work with the Performance Manager and Senior Performance specialist to ensure all client needs are met and all projects are completed on time and to budget.
  • Ensure client KPIs are met plan.
  • Use Google Analytics to analyze and report on key digital marketing campaigns for each client.
  • Research and competitor’s performance activities review.
  • Collaboration with Planning team.
  • Provide support, knowledge and metrics expertise to another team members and teams.

Education requirement

  • Education degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Computer: Proficient in MS-Office, digital tools and platforms
  • Language: Proficient in English.

Experience requirement

  • Years: At least 1 years in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce media planning and operations
  • Specialization: Experience in Display Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

Skill requirement

  • Experience Performance Marketing field or similar role
  • Experience with social media, Google Ads, SEM and E-commerce
  • Good working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, …)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., CM360, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
