Be responsible for Execution of digital performance campaigns: tracking, optimization and reporting.

Tasks & responsibility
- Execution of performance tactic plans.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Ads, Facebook etc.
- PPC campaign management – campaign set up, monitoring, optimization and reporting.
- Execution of SEM campaigns – keyword research, text Ads’ copywriting.
- Work with the Performance Manager and Senior Performance specialist to ensure all client needs are met and all projects are completed on time and to budget.
- Ensure client KPIs are met plan.
- Use Google Analytics to analyze and report on key digital marketing campaigns for each client.
- Research and competitor’s performance activities review.
- Collaboration with Planning team.
- Provide support, knowledge and metrics expertise to another team members and teams.
Education requirement
- Education degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Computer: Proficient in MS-Office, digital tools and platforms
- Language: Proficient in English.

Experience requirement
- Years: At least 1 years in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce media planning and operations
- Specialization: Experience in Display Video, Paid Search, Paid Social, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Skill requirement
- Experience Performance Marketing field or similar role
- Experience with social media, Google Ads, SEM and E-commerce
- Good working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, …)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., CM360, etc.)
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-time-management skills
- Strong team-player
