Job Summary
This strategic planning role is integral within a leading global agency, working on flagship brands that demand a high level of strategic insight and innovative solutions. The successful candidate will support and oversee internal operations, ensuring that client campaigns are executed seamlessly through cross-functional collaboration. The position involves directly managing relationships with clients and media partners, driving key work streams for campaign planning and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture productive relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Inspire team motivation and ensure alignment with the agency’s overarching vision.
- Support negotiations for fees and contracts.
- Lead proactive communication and strategic planning, delivering insightful communication plans in collaboration with the Client lead during the strategic phase.
- Oversee day-to-day team activities, mentoring junior employees, and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and delegate responsibilities to ensure team members have the appropriate resources, training, and time to deliver quality work.
- Collaborate with clients to establish realistic delivery timelines, revisiting schedules as necessary.
- Work with clients to develop optimal processes and systems for managing their business.
- Coordinate with other departments to advocate for clients’ interests with key media owners and stakeholders.
- Contribute to new business pitches by presenting comprehensive, strategic communication solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, insightfulness, and innovation.
- Provide training and coaching to team members, fostering professional development.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Science, Business, or related fields)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in media planning, communication planning, or strategic branding/digital marketing
- Experience working with flagship brands in a global environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office; strong presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
